I am wondering what is going to happen in the end for Matt. Surely the torturing that is happing to him can't go on forever. Or does no one care because he is a clone I can't believe that they're actually doing what they are doing to Matt. This is not right treating him like an animal just because he is a clone. If he was designed from a human then technically shouldn’t he be a human? If that’s so why aren't they treating him like a human? Farmer is making this very interesting the way she is starting the book. I don’t know what to think what will happen it unpredictable. I think she does this to hook the reader. It clearly worked because I have a hard time putting the book down sometimes.
